Maple Monday! Hello! It's Monday and time to share another recipe with you. Maple sugaring season is here. We had our first boil yesterday in the sugar house. It's always a good feeling to have the first boil under our belts as we head into the season. Stay tuned for more sugaring updates and pics! Now let's get cooking. We've had some warmer temperatures lately, but that doesn't mean that soup season is over! Actually, is it ever really over? This week we've added a rich and creamy soup to our recipe collection. Wild Rice Soup with Maple Syrup. Balanced by hearty grains and sweet maple syrup. Add a side salad and some crusty bread, and lunch is ready! Don't forget to mark your calendars!
