Can anyone help us out here in 
finding out who the owner of this dog in the video is.  He was around 
this same area last week also. He looks young and is either wearing a 
wide collar or scarf.  We are hoping to get him back to his owner.  Does
 he possibly wander without his owner being aware ?   Either way.. we 
need some help finding where he belongs.  Linda and I feel he is new to 
town.. we have not seen him til now.This pix was from today at 1:30.  It is in Russellville close to the Sage House for a marker.  Hit me back if you have any info.  The temps will soon be dropping once again.  Thanks so much.
