IN HER WORDS... Yoga Teacher Lina Cloffe Hanson (Parvati) , E-RYT 500 is holding a solely in person workshop on Sunday, January 29th at the Yoga Prana Shakti studio in Rutland. The workshop is called "Moving into Meditation & Prana Expansion". Without saying too much about what the experience will hold since this will depend on a bit on who is attending. But you need to be at least an intermediate experienced yogi and the workshop is most likely a Moderate energy output. It will contain both Vinyasa and holding postures, guided meditation and Yoga Nidra and pranayama. It should be a delicious experience for tuning into deeper self and letting go. The Mount Holly School PTSA has coordinated a High Mowing Seeds Fundraiser, and we want to be sure that the whole town is stocked up on seeds for their garden! For each order 50% of the proceeds are donated to the PTSA! The money raised will be used to fund the Winter Sports Program, 4 Winds (science and nature lessons from the Four Winds Nature Institute delivered to the classes by parent volunteers), the Artist in Residence Program, as well as other fun activities. If you are interested, orders can be placed in person at the Mount Holly Town office, or you can send an email to mounthollyptsa@gmail.com (be sure to include your name and phone number along with the list of items you'd like to order). Checks can be made payable to Mount Holly PTSA,or if you need alternate methods, please mention in an email. Order and payment are due by February 3rd. Thank you for your support!
