Do you like ticks? Nah, I didn't think so!

Did you know you can help control the tick population on your property by getting rid of a very unhelpful invasive species - Japanese Barberry. Read more here: https://www.vtinvasives.org/invasive/barberry-japanese

We've had some success in tackling this pretty but persistent plant pest, and would like to share our experience with interested neighbors in Mt Holly and neighboring towns . If you'd like to learn more about how to recognize and get rid of japanese barberry, please join me for a short walk in the woods next Sunday. We'll bemainly on trails - but still good come dressed prepared for wading through a few thorny shrubs. I'm happy to point out and discuss other invasive too to those who are interested! We'll finish by 5 pm - possibly earlier.

What: Forest walk, talk and demonstration on dealing with Japanese barberry (and other invasive plants).

Where: 892 Tarbellville Rd, Belmont, VT (aka Reinbow rRiding Center)

Happy Maple Monday!

Grilling season is calling, and we've got just the recipe to kick it off right — London Broil with Maple and Soy. There's something about the smell of a grill firing up that just says summer is here, and this sweet-and-salty combo is the perfect way to welcome it. London Broil is one of those great budget-friendly cuts that, when treated well, delivers big flavor — the kind of meal that feels a little fancy without being fussy.

You can find this cut right at our farm stand (open Thursday through Sunday), and the full recipe — along with our whole collection of Maple Monday favorites — is waiting for you on the website.

And every good marinade starts with the real stuff. Our online shop is open around the clock with maple syrup, almonds, candy, cream, and sugar — ready to ship straight to your door. You shop, we ship!
