Today's Forecast:  Snow. Cloudy, with a high near 19. Wind chill values as low as -8. East wind 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of 4 to 8 inches possible.

Winter Weather Advisory issued January 16 at 2:39AM EST until January 16 at 10:00PM EST by NWS Burlington VT

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 6

inches.

* WHERE...Vermont and Essex County, New York.

* WHEN...From 6 AM to 10 PM EST today.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous

conditions will impact the evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light snow will develop this morning and

peak in intensity between noon and 6 PM today. Snowfall rates

may reach 1 inch per hour and visibilities near a half mile at

times. Snow will diminish from west to east this evening.

Slow down and use caution while traveling.

Please allow extra time if travel is necessary.

We finally have snow and plenty of rain to go with it. It is so nice to see the ground all white, fresh and clean. Ready for the kids to have fun in.
