Community Survey A group of your neighbors in towns along the Mill River are exploring ways to help us all live together in our homes with independence and dignity as we age. Remaining active, having strong social connections, and receiving help when we need it are important parts of aging gracefully. Working together we can do it! We would appreciate your completing this survey. Your response will help us assess the level of interest in, and current need for, the ways we might support each other.  Please check each item if you would take advantage of the listed service as it becomes available.
