Another week, another fresh chicken day here at Plew Farm! We thank each and every one of you who has stopped by weekly to get a fresh chicken or two.
Our fresh chicken are good roasted, grilled, or baked. However you prepare your chicken, we think you'll agree, it's a mighty fine tasting meal!
AND, I know you like to save a few bucks when you can. Get on our 'unbagged chicken list' and save yourself some cash. Unbagged chickens are fresh chickens that come directly to you from our chill tank. You provide the bag (or container to transport home), and we provide you with a fresh chicken. AND you'll be saving .75/lb.
CHICKEN PROCESSING SPECIAL: Purchase unbagged fresh chickens from our chill tank to your bag and/or cooler. Unbagged chicken are $4.50/lb (you'll save .75/lb!). If you are interested in taking advantage of our unbagged special, you must reserve your chickens in advance.Drop us an email (please do NOT respond to this email) no later than Wednesday at 9:00am, and let us know how many you'd like to reserve. Your reserved unbagged chicken must be picked up at our farm stand Wednesday, July 14th between 12:00 & 5:00. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BAG (or cooler, stockpot, etc.) FOR TRANSPORTING YOUR CHICKEN HOME.
Bagged chickens will be available for purchase at our farm stand after 12:00 on Wednesday. Bagged price is $5.25/lb.
Our farm stand is located at 1966 Healdville Road in Mount Holly and is open 7 days a week from 12:00 - 6:00. We look forward to seeing you!
