It's that time of year

when you need to protect yourself and your loved ones from flu and Covid.

Getting annual flu and covid vaccines is the best solution.

If you are at higher risk of developing serious complications, vaccination is especially important to reduce your chance of getting sick and possibly being hospitalized.

Those at higher risk of flu include:

  • Those 65 years and older
  • Adults with chronic health conditions like asthma, heart disease, diabetes, chronic kidney disease
  • Pregnant women

For covid those at higher risk include:

  • People aged 60+
  • Anyone with lung, heart disease or immune system conditions

Ask your Community Health primary care provider or pediatrician about flu, covid and RSV vaccinations.
