Hello Friday! We're looking forward to a great weekend, how 'bout you?! The weather is a bit warmer than last week and we'll see some mixed precipitation throughout the weekend. Did you know we had 4,144 customers in our farm stand last year?! We did, and we thank each of you who shopped with us throughout the year. We're looking forward to seeing you again this year! CSA membership will be opening next month, so keep your eyes and ears open for complete details. Our bread bakers are back and that means FRESH bread on Saturday! We are just as excited as you. Andre and Claire from 3 Bears Bakery have been providing us, and you, with their delicious bread since 2020. Thank you for showing them the love! Looking for something good for dinner? Something easy? Something everyone will like? Look no further folks! Try one of our smoked ham steaks. Super easy to prepare, just pan fry and you're done. You can certainly get a little crazy and drizzle it with some of our award-winning, wood-fired maple syrup. It's highly recommended! Our fridge awaits you with cider from Charlie Brown of Brown's Orchard, cheese from our good friends next door (Crowley), as well as cheese from one of my former market neighbors (Maplebrook Cheese). We've also got some of the best yogurt around, from Larson Farm. We've got both plain and maple. Can you guess which one is our favorite?!
