Dogs are required by law to have a rabies vaccination by 6 months of age & licensed. Mail this completed form to VT Volunteer Services for Animals Humane Society (VVSA), PO Box 100, Bridgewater, VT 05034 with a check for $13 per animal. If your form doesn't arrive by Wednesday, March 24th, you'll have to pay cash at the clinic.

Call VVSA HS: 802-672-5302 The VT Spay Neuter Incentive Program (VSNIP) applications will be available (or send a SASE to VSNIP, PO Box 104, Bridgewater, VT 05034) to apply to help neuter your cat/dog. Funded only by a $4.00 fee when licensing dogs, VSNIP is under the VT Economic Services. If eligible, the cost to you is $27.00. ALL DOGS MUST BE LICENSED AFTER BEING VACCINATED.
