Happy Maple Monday, friends!

This week we're putting our own ground pork sausage front and center, paired with sweet corn and our own pure maple syrup, all tucked into charred sweet pepper halves. They're the kind of thing that disappears off the plate before you even sit down — perfect for a porch dinner, a potluck, or just because it's summer in Vermont and everything tastes better with a little maple in it.

Maple Sausage-Stuffed Sweet Corn Peppers

And if you have leftover filling, it is fantastic over rice, or scrambled into eggs for breakfast the next morning. You can find the recipe here!

Everything you need for this recipe is just a click away — shop our website and get it delivered to your door. Stock up on the maple syrup that makes this recipe sing, then load up your cart with everything else on your cookout list, from our sugar house straight to your table.
