Rutland Author Publishes Two New Books
Rutland author, Ralph Pace, has published two new books this month. This brings his production for the past three months up to five new works. His new books are: "A Random Journey" and "One Man's Story". "A Random Journey" is a book of short stories written by the author in the past five years. There are eleven stories in this collection. They range in subjects from a young boy's dancing in Junior High School, a musical performed by kids from the ghetto in summer camp, to a weekend spent at New York's Plaza Hotel. "One Man's Story" is a complete publication of the authors father's diaries from 1916 through 1920. This covers the period when his father, Herbert C. Pace, began the start of a forty-five-year career specializing in gold gilding, through his courtships and experiences, and his time during World War One serving as a cook on a subchaser in the Atlantic and Caribbean. The diaries were transcribed by Herbert C. Pace, Jr. and edited by the author. No changes or corrections were made to the work so that the writer's words are as they were written. Both books are available in hardcover, large print and eBook formats on Amazon.
