HAPPY 4th OF JULY!

I honestly can't believe it is already the 4th of July weekend!  A weekend of celebrations and good food.  My mom's birthday is on the 4th, so it's always been a day for family gatherings.  We hope you and yours have a safe and enjoyable holiday as well.
Not sure what to serve this weekend?!  Well, let's talk about what we've got and maybe something will tickle your fancy!
CHICKEN - Super fresh chicken is always a winner.  If you're getting the grill out, try this Grilled Spatchcocked Chicken recipe.  Super easy and so good!
HAM STEAK - One of my favorite go-to cuts of pork.  Why you ask?  Well, it's super easy and I'm all about easy, especially in the summer.  This Maple Glazed Ham Steak recipe is all you need to get started!
GROUND BEEF - Nothing says the 4th of July like burgers on the grill!  And we've got ground beef as well as pre-made patties.  Doesn't get any easier than that!  We all make our burgers a bit differently, so here's a link with over 30 recipes to check out!
BBQ PULLED PORK - Get your smokers ready folks, 'cause we've got just the cut you need for some amazing smoked pulled pork!  Try one of our pork shoulders in this recipe!

All these cuts and more will be awaiting your arrival at the farm stand this weekend.  We'll be open every day from 12:00 - 6:00.
