Perfect for roasting, grilling, the slow cooker, or the smoker — however you cook it, it's delicious. And don't forget our weekly unbagged special! Wednesday & Thursday, 12–5 PM. Bring your own bag, bowl, cooler, or container, and you'll not only bring home a fresh chicken — you'll save $0.50/lb while you're at it. It's also the perfect chance to break down your bird and freeze the parts for winter meals. Not sure how? Here's a quick guide to get you started. Bagged chickens are available all week at the farm stand.
