Friday, June 21 / Wine Tasting / 4-6 pm at Pierce's Store, N. Shrewsbury: Wine drinkers alert: Pierce's Store in North Shrewsbury is hosting a free wine tasting pre-concert (4pm to 6pm) featuring high value wines between $10 and $15. The chamber music trio of Roxanne Ramah violin, Al Wakefield flute, and Kristi Bragg cello will be back in Pierce's Garage, accompanied by wines by the glass and tasty appetizers from Heather Shay.


Friday, June 21 / Mojo Birds / 6-8 pm at the Shrewsbury Meeting House, 88 Lottery Rd:5:45pm begins a set of local musicians, and then Mojo Birds dance band from Durango, CO Marble Valley Kitchen provides their always-delicious meals for sale. The Mountain School PTO sells desserts to benefit the much needed renovation of the school playground. Please bring a $ contribution of any amount, and a chair/blanket if the weather is good. We're inside if it's rainy. This will be a mixture of talk and practice and is appropriate for all levels (including those who need to be in a chair). Please bring your own yoga mat, if you have one.
