On Tuesday July 28th 9 am to 4 pm, Sugar Hill Berry Farm, 3237 Sugar Hill Road, East Wallingford, VT will open its fields to registered members and volunteers of Green Mountain Neighbors for a day of blueberry picking at their lovely farm (RAIN DATE: Wednesday, July 29th, 9 AM to 4 PM). Containers for blueberries will be provided. After you finish your picking, you're welcome to bring a lunch with you and dine on the picnic tables at the farm. The normal price of blueberries will be discounted for this special event! Sugar Hill Berry Farm accepts cash or checks but no credit cards. During your visit, please observe the blueberry-picking guidelines suggested by Sugar Hill Berry Farm's website: We love dogs, BUT for numerous reasons, we DO NOT allow dogs on our property. We are family-friendly and encourage a little sampling while you pick. Sturdy shoes are recommended Wear sunscreen You are requested to sanitize your hands before entering the field. We will have hand sanitizer available. We will provide picking containers for you. Do not bring your own. In addition to the blueberries, the farm also has a Self-Service Stand (no discounts) that is open mid-July through Fall and it's stocked with various tasty offerings.
