Maple Monday! A brisk start to our week here at the farm with temperatures at 6 below zero! But the sun is out and warm weather is on it's way. Potatoes are the heart of any meal. Mashed, baked, fried, roasted or in a casserole. We love potatoes! Our recipe today is Maple Glazed New Potatoes. This dish will pair nicely with any meal. I'm thinking it will be delicious along side ham or pork chops! Give it a whirl! March is upon us and soon (perhaps this week) we'll be in the sugar house boiling sap into our delicious wood-fired maple syrup!
