High near 35, with temperatures falling to around 29 in the afternoon. West wind 3 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of 3 to 7 inches possible.   WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 1 PM EST SATURDAY... * WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inch below 1000 ft and 6 to 11 inches above. Winds gusting as high as 30 mph. * WHERE...Eastern Addison and Eastern Rutland Counties. * WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 1 PM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the evening commute and post holiday travel. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A mix of snow and rain will develop this morning before transitioning to all snow in the afternoon and continuing through tonight.
