Maple Monday! Happy Snowy Monday! What better way to start the week than a new maple recipe. Some of us are getting a little bit of snow today. Some of you may be getting a lot of snow today! Snowstorms and baking go hand in hand. There's just something about a warm dish coming out of the oven while the snow piles up outside. Last week we featured Maple Gooey Butter Cake. I made it last night, and it's good! So along the same theme, this week we've added Maple Cake Pudding with Cream Topping. It's an interesting recipe where the maple syrup goes on the bottom, and the cream goes over the batter on top. I made this recipe earlier this week folks, and it was yummy!
