| Hello and happy Friday! It's going to be a snowy weekend here at the farm, are you ready?! Looks like we could possibly get a foot of snow. We're gearing up for sugaring season. It's been a cold winter, but the temperatures seem to be trending warmer. We are in the sugar bush tapping and clearing lines. Soon we'll be in the sugar house producing our most delicious wood-fired maple syrup. We welcomed our first calf of the season yesterday, from Dominic's heifer! We'll be posting pics on our social media pages, don't you worry! We will have our farm stand open for the weekend, 12:00-5:00. Our driveway will be clear, and our farm stand is heated, so stop on by and shop. Our baker Mountain Robin is taking a little break. We didn't want you to go without any sweet treats, so we've partnered with Stevens Farm Bakery. Delicious treats will be available on Saturday, and man oh man are they good!! Don't forget to stock up on eggs, meat and maple. Ground beef, steaks, pork chops, sausage, ham steaks, and chicken. No matter what you choose, you'll simply enjoy your meal! With the snowy weekend, grab yourself some of Brown's Orchard Apple Cider. Delicious cold, or hot. We love ending our day with a mug of mulled cider. Simply satisfying. Our farm stand is located at 1966 Healdville Road in Mount Holly. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. Hours are 12:00-5:00. Plenty of parking in front of the farm stand. We can't wait to see you! |
