It's funny to see how different towns with the same equipment use it differently. A few weeks ago I saw Mt. Holly with their big blower blowing leaves off the road into the ditch. A few days later driving around Ludlow and saw their big blower blowing the leaves out of the ditch's so the culverts wouldn't get plugged and wash the roads out. I think it's time for some leadership.
