Vermont State Attorney General Charity Clark visited the Expeditionary School at Black River in Ludlow on Tuesday, May 26th to speak with students. She was joined by her assistant and her mother who is a staple around the Attorney General’s office. Charity Clark is the first female Attorney General in the history of the state of Vermont. She is proud of her local roots: born in Springfield, attended Ludlow Elementary, and graduated from Burr and Burton Academy. She explained her background, what her role entails, and interesting facts about her career and journey to the Attorney General’s office. Ms. Clark explained that she enjoys talking with kids so they understand what opportunities exist and answered questions from many interested students.
