Happy Friday everyone. The weekend is here and we can't wait to see you at the farm stand! Haying season has begun here at the farm. We had a few nice days which allowed Kevin to get into the hay field. Putting up hay in the summer months allows us to feed the cattle all winter! It's grilling season folks and we've got a variety of meats for your grill or smoker. Beef steaks include: sirloin, ribeye, NY strip, london broil, flank, and tenderloin. For your smoker try one of our pork shoulders, ribs or a beef brisket. Looking for pork? How about grilling up some of our chops or brats! And let's not forget our pre-made burger patties. Keep it simple! Have you tried Wilcox Ice Cream's 802 Bars?! If not, you don't know what you're missing! Peanut Butter, Vanilla, Espresso, Maple Cream & Black Raspberry. It's hard to choose just one! Need some cheese?! We've got a selection of Crowley Cheese as well as cheese from our friends at Maplebrook Farm. Fresh mozzarella, smoked mozzarella and feta. If you're putting together a charcuterie board, don't forget to grab a bag of our maple almonds. It's the perfect salty/sweet snack! We'll be open through Sunday from 12:00 - 5:00.
