For the last several weeks, a group of us from Cavendish Connects, Fletcher Memorial Library, B.R.A.T, and Black River Good Neighbors Services have been meeting to discuss how to support and aid the people in the Black River Valley towns of Cavendish, Ludlow, Mt. Holly and Plymouth. Some of the members of this group have sustained home and property damage, while others have been involved with the relief efforts from day one.

Attached please find a handout in PDF format, which you can share with those members of your community that have been affected by the July floods. The aim of the handout is to provide local resource information in the simplest manner possible in both print and digital formats. We will be updating it regularly with new and current information as we receive it.

On Oct. 4 (Wednesday) we will be meeting with FEMA at the Ludlow Community Center at 9 am as they would like to present information regarding Long Term Recovery Groups. You are welcome to attend.

If you have questions or need more information, please don't hesitate to reach me at the numbers below.
