Call for Committee Volunteers: Ludlow-Mount Holly School District

The Ludlow-Mount Holly District is forming a special committee to develop a vision and comprehensive plan focused on fiscal responsibility and long-term sustainability for our district, in accordance with the state of Vermont's redistricting efforts as mandated by Act 73. We are seeking dedicated volunteers who are interested in shaping the future of our schools and community.

If you are interested in serving on this important committee, please email the superintendent at layne.millington@trsu.org with a brief statement introducing yourself and indicating your town of residence. Your involvement will help ensure that multiple perspectives are represented as we move forward with this critical work.

The committee is seeking to fill the following positions:

· 2 board members – one representative from each town

· 2 teachers – one from each school

· 2 parents – one from each town

· 4 community members at large – two from each town

We encourage individuals from diverse backgrounds and all areas of the Ludlow and Mount Holly communities to apply. The time commitment and meeting schedule will be determined by the committee once formed.

Most Sincerely,

Layne Millington

TRSU Superintendent
