Planning Commission Clerk Needed 


The Mount Holly Planning Commission is looking to hire a part-time clerk. This position will manage administrative tasks, and will work with Planning Commission members to provide customer service to the public. This position will perform work requiring clerical skills, public relations, records management and should be able to work with minimum supervision. The position is responsible for setting up and taking minutes at monthly Planning Commission meetings. 

The position is up to 10 hours per month (hours are flexible and can vary weekly), with the opportunity for the position to be done partially remote (a portion of the work will need to be done on location at the town office). Attendance at regularly scheduled meetings is required, which are held every third Monday of the month at 7pm. Pay is competitive.

FRESH CHICKEN

Fresh chicken will be available on Wednesday! Our pasture raised, non-gmo fed chickens are sold as a whole bird and average about 5 1/2 lbs.

CHICKEN PROCESSING DAY SPECIAL

PICK UP DAY - WEDNESDAY, JUNE 24th

Unbagged chicken special: Purchase unbagged fresh chicken from our chill tank to your bag/cooler. Unbagged chickens are $4.00/lb (save .75/lb). Now is a good time for you to cut up your chicken into pieces and freeze for the fall & winter months.

You must reserve an unbagged chicken in advance. If interested in purchasing, please send us an email no later than Wednesday at 9:00am, so we can add you to our production schedule. Your reserved unbagged chicken(s) must be picked up at our farm stand on WEDNESDAY, JUNE 24th between 12 & 6. Please bring your own bag/cooler/stockpot, etc to transport your chicken home.

Bagged chicken will be available for purchase at our farm stand after 1:00pm and are $4.75/lb.

We'll also have eggs, maple, milk, yogurt, veggies, honey and whatever else strikes your fancy while visiting our farm stand! Snap peas will be joining our farm stand offerings this week as well! Get 'em while we got 'em!

  • One customer/family inside the farm stand at a time.
  • Please wear a mask - we will be wearing ours as well.
  • Please keep your dogs inside your vehicles when visiting our farm stand.
  • We accept cash, checks & credit cards ($10 minimum)
  • Farm stand is open every day 12:00-6:00.
