Happenings Around the Farm!

What a busy week here at the farm as we head into June!  We welcomed many customers at our farm stand, and for that we thank you!

We restocked our maple syrup shelves with our award winning wood fired pure Vermont maple syrup.  We now have quarts and our maple cream selection is full!
Haying season began this week as well - and looks like the weather will be cooperating next week as well.
FRESH CHICKEN coming NEXT week!  Next Wednesday will be the first day of our chicken processing season.  As in the past, we will send out our 'fresh chicken email alert' on Tuesday with all the details!
In the farm stand this weekend:  Our beef freezers are fully stocked with ground beef, steaks, stew beef, and roasts.  Stop on by and take a look at what we've got.  Please note, we will NOT have pastries or croissants this weekend, as the baker is taking a break.  However, we will have a few homemade pies :)
Produce continues to arrive as it becomes available from our farm partners.  We've got some beautiful head lettuce and scallions to get your garden salad started!

Since we are both vaccinated (YAY!), masks are optional.  Our farm stand is located at 1966 Healdville Road in Mount Holly and is open 7 days a week from 12:00 - 6:00.  We look forward to seeing you!

SIRLOIN TIP ROAST!

We've added Sirloin Tip Roast to our beef selection.  These roasts are the perfect size for your dinner.

Here is one of our favorite ways to prepare these roasts.  The Herb rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast.  Easy and delicious!
Stop on by the farm stand this weekend for yours!
