Farm Fun Facts!

Ever wonder what we do here at Plew Farm?  Thought we'd share a snippet of our farm life.  Welcome to Friday's farm fun facts (try saying that a few times fast).

DID YOU KNOW:

We collect about 121 eggs every day.

We partner with 25 amazing farmers/growers/producers to include their products in our farm stand!

We raise 30 pigs a year.

Our farm stand is open 7 days a week.

Plew Farm was established in 2011.

Our meat chickens & turkeys will consume about 40,000lbs of feed in a year!!

We have 42 grass fed cattle.

We have an online store where you can purchase our award winning wood fired maple syrup and maple products!

You can follow us on Facebook AND Instagram!

In the spring, we can be found in our sugar house producing the best tasting wood fired maple syrup!

Our pasture raised chickens are housed in bottomless pens which are moved every day to allow for fresh grass!

Haying season is weather dependent and can start as early as May and end as late as October.  Again, very weather dependent!

We've had over 2,200 farm stand customers so far this year!

Thanks for following along!

WELCOME TO OUR FARM!

We raise cattle, chickens, pigs, turkeys, and also produce hay in the summer and maple syrup in the spring! We have a farm stand located in our beautiful town of Mount Holly, where we sell our meat, eggs, and maple along with many other goodies from our farm partners.

Our farm stand is open every day from 12:00 - 6:00.  We look forward to seeing you!

Please note, our young farmers stepped away from the farm to enjoy a family vacation!  Pics will return next week!
