Maple Monday!

Hey there, welcome to this week's Maple Monday where we'll share another recipe.

It's been cold here at the farm for the past few weeks. Bone chilling cold! It is definitely soup, stew and chili weather! I love putting a big pot of chili in the slow cooker first thing in the morning, and knowing it'll be ready for dinner that evening. Our recipe this week is Maple Bourbon Chili. The recipe calls for both maple syrup and bourbon. I'm thinking we could use our Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup for double the taste! Nothing like coming in from a day on the mountain to a bowl of delicious chili. Serve it with cornbread (drizzled in maple syrup of course).
