| Looking for a motivated young person (13- College age) to help us with our yard and property during the summer/fall. We have two acres off 103 on Gates Rd. North (access by Bowlsville road). Days/Hours can be flexible. 3-5 hours a week- Some weeks more. $10-$15 hour- based on experience Prefer someone who can get to our house on their own- but will consider nearby pickup. Must be extremely reliable! Able to use power tools like push mower, weed- wacker, trimmer, etc. Move wood/rocks. Painting. Flexibility needed to do whatever needs done independently.
