Memorial Day weekend has always been the official start to our summer hours.  And here we are!  Our farm stand will be open 7 days a week from 12:00 - 6:00.  That's right, not only are we open an extra day, but we've added an extra hour for your shopping!  All of this begins on Monday.  (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday we will close at 5:00) We are excited for the weekend and have been busy helping families get their grilling meats in order.  Please take note, WE WILL HAVE STEAKS BACK IN STOCK TODAY!!!  Been waiting for a ribeye, we'll have it!  Or some sirloin steaks, yup, we'll have that too!  We are sold out of chicken ... but fear not, we will begin on chicken processing season in a couple of weeks.  Our shelves are stocked with eggs, maple, mustards, sauces, yogurt, greens, and so much more.  Fresh pastries and bread will arrive on Saturday!!  Yahoo! Since we are both vaccinated (YAY!), masks are optional.  Our farm stand is located at 1966 Healdville Road in Mount Holly and is open Tuesdays through Sundays from 12:00 - 5:00.  We look forward to seeing you!   BEEF BRISKET! It's been a rather hot stretch of weather here at the farm, and just in time as our mini split was installed this week in the farm stand, which will provide climate controlled shopping! We've added a new line of handmade soap for your shopping pleasure.  Please welcome Wooly Bear to our shelves!  So many scents to choose from - great for gifts or just because! We've been offering fresh homemade pies in our farm stand on Thursdays and Fridays.  They do sell quickly, so stop by sooner rather than later! Don't forget to grab a pint of gelato -- the perfect way to end a hot afternoon!  And who's using their grill this weekend?!  Start with a rack of our spare ribs!  We recommend getting a bottle of Grandpa Jim's BBQ Sauce while you're at it.  Other customer favorites for the grill are burgers, chops, kielbasa, and chops!  What's your pleasure!?!
