Hi Folks, Here we are with snow and I wonder if we will be able to keep it for Christmas. Hasn't happened very often in many years. I love the nights of the full moon shinning on the snow and how it looks almost like day light and you can see the sparkles of the snowflakes. Time for another Chit Chat to be put together and my deadline will be Saturday December 20th by 6:00 pm for the January issue. Hey everyone! An idea was presented to us about possibly changing our school mascot from the Bobcat to the Mammoth to honor the town's heritage. At the same time, someone raised a valid concern that many in the community may want to keep the Bobcat because of tradition. Before we dedicate time to this discussion, we want to check in— what are your thoughts on a potential mascot change? see the attached flyer to submit your thoughts.

SAVE the DATE The Mount Holly Community Association Invites You to a new Community Art Group! This relaxed, no-instruction open art studio is designed for local artists to gather, draw, paint and create together. Mount Holly artists of all skill levels, age 16 and up are welcome. Just bring your supplies, your imagination and enjoy making art alongside others. Please note that we do not have the ventilation needed for oils or turpentine, but welcome all other mediums. We're starting with six sessions this winter: The second and fourth Wednesdays (6-8 pm ) in January-March in the Community Center. (That's January 14th and 28th, Feb 11th and 25th; March 11th and 25th).
