Yes, that's right, only 2 weeks left for fresh chicken.  We have quite a list of reservations for this week already, so if you are thinking of reserving an unbagged bird, please let us know sooner rather than later so we can get you on the list! And while you're in the farm stand, take a look at our selection of rubs and seasonings.  Not just for ribs folks - they work great for chicken too!  We've got onions and garlic to boot!  And of course some of Jack & Dom's hand pressed cider! OUR CHICKEN PROCESSING SPECIAL:  Purchase unbagged fresh chickens from our chill tank to your bag and/or cooler.  Unbagged chicken are $4.50/lb (you'll  save .75/lb!). If you are interested in taking advantage of our unbagged special, you must reserve your chickens in advance. Drop us an email (please do NOT respond to this email) no later than Wednesday at 9:00am, and let us know how many you'd like to reserve. Your reserved unbagged chicken must be picked up at our farm stand Wednesday, September 8th between 12:00 & 5:00.  PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BAG, COOLER, STOCKPOT, FOR TRANSPORTING YOUR CHICKEN(s) HOME! Bagged chickens will be available for purchase at our farm stand after 12:00 on Wednesday. Bagged price is $5.25/lb.
