Just in time for the holiday week - FRESH CHICKEN available tomorrow!  And here's a link to help you with cutting them up, if you so desire.  Use the unbagged chickens to cut up into pieces/parts and freeze for a later date. CHICKEN PROCESSING SPECIAL: Purchase unbagged fresh chickens from our chill tank to your bag and/or cooler and save money while you're at it! Unbagged chicken is $4.50/lb (you'll save .75/lb!). If you are interested in taking advantage of our unbagged special, you must reserve your chickens in advance. Drop us an email (please do NOT respond to this email) no later than Wednesday at 9:00am, and let us know how many you'd like to reserve. Your reserved unbagged chicken must be picked up at our farm stand Wednesday, June 30th 12:00 & 5:00. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BAG (or cooler, stockpot, etc.) FOR TRANSPORTING YOUR CHICKEN HOME. Bagged chickens will be available for purchase at our farm stand after 12:00 on Wednesday. Bagged price is $5.25/lb. The Crowley Cheese Factory; America's oldest cheese factory is seeking an individual to manage the factory shop on weekends. Responsibilities include serving and ringing up customers, giving the Crowley "tour" and cutting cheese samples. The ideal candidate will enjoy cheese, customers and Vermont History. Hours are 10am - 5pm on Saturday and 10am - 4 pm on Sunday. Call 802-259-2340 to apply.
