Ay, it's Friday! And we are ready for the weekend — how 'bout you?!

Last weekend we welcomed Carly, our 2,000th farm stand customer for 2026. Wow. We feel the love, and we feel blessed that so many of you choose to shop with us. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

BIG NEWS: Open Farm Day is NEXT Saturday, August 8th, 12:00 - 5:00 — and we cannot wait. Weather permitting.

Vermont Open Farm Week is happening at farms all across the state, and it's your chance to meet the farmers, plants, and animals behind your favorite Vermont products. Right here at Plew Farm, that means farm tours, animals to meet, farm stand shopping, and Goodman's American Pie firing up their famous wood-fired pizzas — topped with our very own wood-smoked chicken. Yes, really.

Email or call us to reserve your slice (we need to know how much food to prepare!):

🎟️ $10 ticket — 1 slice of pizza, drink, sweet treat, farm tour + 10% off farm stand shopping
🎟️ $15 ticket — 2 slices of pizza, drink, sweet treat, farm tour + 10% off farm stand shopping

Now, about this weekend...

Sweet corn is BACK on Saturday, folks, and we can't wait. It sold out immediately last weekend, so get here early — this is not a drill.

Fresh baked bread, baked treats, and ice cream are all waiting to satisfy your sweet tooth. And don't forget a bottle of maple syrup while you're at it — trust us, it's incredible drizzled over a bowl of ice cream.

Fresh chicken is still here. Still fresh. Still delicious. What are you waiting for?!

We've got a whole farm stand full of amazing local goodies just waiting for you. Stop by this weekend and see what's new — we'll be open 12-5 and counting down the days to Open Farm Day with you.

VISIT OUR WEBSITE

Stock the pantry with what actually matters: our wood-fired, award-winning maple syrup. Our online shop never closes — 24/7, wherever you are. Kitchen counter, office desk, carpool line at 3pm. We won't tell. Stock up today and we'll ship it straight to your door.

Hi friends!
The Shrewsbury Historical Society is seeking all those nice but no longer used items for the tag sale fundraiser on Saturday.
- We are looking for antique, collectibles, household items, interesting curiosities.

Also, if you would like to bake a batch of cookies, brownies, or other for the bake sale, we welcome those donations too!

Volunteers are available to pick up your items on Friday or they can be dropped off on Friday afternoon at the Museum.

Thanks for your contributions!
(and please share this email with others you think might like to contribute 😊)
