Local Writer Publishes

Three Books in June

It's been a busy month for Ralph Pace, resident of Rutland.  He's managed to have three original books published in June.

Pace, a resident at the Gables, is a retired Information Technology specialist.

In early June, his first book, "Chronicles of a Grumpy Old Man", was published.  It was the story of a old man in a retirement home who decides that life was something "beyond waiting for your maker", as the author put it.

In mid-June, he released his second book, "Mission to the Kingdom".   This book was about an American family's adventures in Saudi Arabia as the husband worked to install the first computer system in the kingdom.

Finally, at the end of the month, Pace released a very different story, "Anatomy of a Conspiracy".  This is a story about a major discovery in space travel and how others sought to steal it.

When asked what his next book would be, he simply indicated that he didn't have the slightest idea what would be forthcoming.

He observed that "I think my mind needs a rest.  I'll just wait until it is fresh enough to consider new challenges."

All publications consisted of three different formats, hardcover, paperback large print, and eBook/Kindle, all available through Amazon.com.
