Maple Monday!

Happy Monday!

Before we do anything else, we just have to say — thank you. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who joined us at the sugar house and farm stand this past weekend for our Maple Open House. The barn tours, the boiling, the sampling — it was everything we hoped for and more, and that's entirely because of YOU. Whether you're a familiar face or someone we were meeting for the very first time, having you here at our family sugar house meant the world to us. Thank you for carving out time in your busy day to come share in something we love so deeply.

Now, on to this week's recipe!

Spicy Maple Walnuts These sweet and spicy little gems are about to become your new favorite thing. They come together with simple pantry staples and just a few minutes of hands-on time — which means no excuses not to try them! Keep a batch around for snacking, toss them on top of yogurt, or package them up in a cute little Mason jar for a gift that people will absolutely love. Trust us, once you make them you'll want to keep a batch on hand at all times!

And as always, our website is open around the clock for all your maple needs — syrup, almonds, candy, cream, and sugar. Bring a little taste of Vermont home to your family. You shop, we ship!
