Welcome to this weeks edition of the news from Plew Farm! We are a working farm located in Mount Holly, Vermont. Owned and operated by husband and wife, Kevin & Patti.
We are a diversified farm on 150 acres, where we raise grass fed beef, laying hens, pigs, meat chickens, and turkeys. In the springtime you'll find us in our sugar house, producing our award winning wood fired pure Vermont maple syrup! And our summer months are spent in the hayfields!
We retail our products in our farm stand along with products from 25 of our farm partners. You can also purchase our maple syrup and products from our website.
Now ... on to farm stand news!
Tomatoes, tomatoes, tomatoes! We are soaking in the goodness of the season. Stop on by and grab one or two, because tomato season does not last forever!
Fresh bread, home baked scones, and freshly picked sweet corn all arrive on Saturday! Yippe!!
The sourdough english muffins we brought in last week were a hit! We ordered more, just for you!
And it seems that burger season is not over yet. Get on over here and grab some of our pre-made burger patties. You can thank me now, or you can thank me later. Either way, get yours today!
The grandkids would like to express their thanks for everyone who has stopped by to support their Thursday lemonade venture as well as their handpacked bags of mulch hay.
With the summer traffic and haying season, please be mindful of hay equipment, grandkids, vehicles and customers when driving in and out of our driveway. Our farm stand is located at 1966 Healdville Road in Mount Holly. Open Tuesdays through Sundays from 12:00pm-5:00pm. Closed on Mondays!
