Day 6 Lost Dog
While her last sighting was near the top of Healdville Rd the CVCR has indicated she could be anywhere in a 3 mile radius. This is a big area full of dense woods. She's still likely to be hiding, but hunger will likely bring her out soon. Please keep your eyes open to bring home this sweet little girl who deserves comfort and security after a very hard start in life.

DO NOT CHASE, call her or feed her! Simply report her to the Central VT Canine Recovery CVCR at 802-357-3755 ASAP.

These organizations have been amazing help and are good people.
If you have a trail cam and could set it up on Healdville Road that might be helpful.

ON ANOTHER IMPORTANT NOTE
Sunday night at 5 pm a gray and white 30lb-ish dog with a bull dog like body was strolling on the north bound side of Belmont road between Tiffany and Teer but wouldn't come when called. I hope that he is home by now.

MAPLE MONDAY

It's Monday. Fire up that grill!

This week's recipe is a summer favorite around here: Maple Bourbon BBQ Chicken, made with our own fresh-processed chicken and a sticky-sweet glaze built on our Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup.

Smoky. A little boozy. A little sweet. Exactly what we want to be eating on the porch all July long.

Serve it up with corn on the cob, a simple slaw, or just a big stack of napkins — this one's meant to be a little messy.

Get the full recipe on our website.

SHOP OUR MAPLE

Everything you need for this recipe (and then some) is up on our website. Our maple lineup includes:

  • Syrup
  • Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
  • Maple Cream
  • Maple Candy
  • Maple Sugar
  • Maple Almonds

Order online and we'll ship to you and your family, or grab it in person when visiting the farm stand — either way, it's the same wood-fired syrup our family's been making for seven generations.

Head to plewfarm.com to shop. You shop, we ship. It's that easy.
