Maple Monday!

Happy Monday! 🍁

Sugaring season is in full swing, and there's no better time to bring a little maple magic into your kitchen. We love finding new ways to enjoy our syrup — in recipes, in drinks, or honestly, just straight out of the jar!

This week's recipe is one we think you're going to love: Mashed Sweet Potatoes. Simple enough for a cozy weeknight dinner, yet elegant enough to grace your holiday table. We think it would pair beautifully with a roasted chicken — a meal the whole family will enjoy.

And speaking of maple — our annual Maple Open House Weekend is this weekend! 🎉 Join us Saturday & Sunday, March 21st & 22nd for a tour of the sugar house, a chance to watch us boil (weather permitting), meet the crew, and sample the sweet stuff. Here's a little bonus: visit the sugar house first and pick up a prize tag, then bring it to the farm stand to redeem your prize!

As always, our website is open around the clock for all your maple needs — syrup, almonds, candy, cream, and sugar. Bring a little taste of Vermont home to your family. You shop, we ship! 🍁

Hi Folks,

Here we are with some Sugar Snow or Sugar on Snow with the fresh snowfall. My mom used to make this for us when we were kids using the Maple Syrup from which we gathered the sap and boiled down in our back yard makeshift arch. It was so good. Brings back lots of memories of that time.

Well it is that time again to do another Chit Chat and my Deadline is Sunday, March 22nd, by 6:00 pm. Please have all articles, announcements, advertisements and any other item to share with our community to me by then.

Many thanks to all of you who provide the fodder that many find interesting and look forward to the next edition of the Chit Chat. Young and Young at Heart look forward to reading from cover to cover each month.

Happy St. Patrick's Day,

Happy Friday. The weekend is calling!

What a week it's been. With warmer temperatures rolling in, the sap was running strong every day this week, and we were busy boiling it into our award-winning, wood-fired maple syrup. Sweet days, indeed. There's nothing quite like sugaring season!

Mark your calendars: our annual Maple Open House Weekend is coming up — Saturday & Sunday, March 21st & 22nd. Come tour the sugar house, meet the crew, sample some syrup, and watch us boil (weather permitting). We'd love to see you!

A quick heads-up on our 2026 CSA shares — they're almost gone! Our free-choice CSA lets you shop for whatever you want, whenever you want, redeemable on anything in the farm stand. Pre-pay and save 5%. Find complete details here and the membership form can be found here!

Come see what's waiting for you inside our farm stand! We're stocked with a little bit of everything, and it's all local. Beef, chicken, pork, and eggs — raised right here on our farm, as local as it gets. And for everything else, we've partnered with some of our favorite nearby farmers and producers to bring you dairy, fresh veggies, pantry staples, honey, pizza, gifts, and so much more. Everything you need, all in one place — rooted right here in our little corner of Vermont.

Not sure what's for dinner this weekend? We've got you covered! Stop by and browse our selection beef — ground beef, steaks, stew beef, and roasts — or go with pork — chops, ribs, sausage, ham steaks, and bacon. Round out your meal with fresh eggs, locally grown veggies, baked goods and artisan pantry staples, all available right inside the farm stand. Whatever sounds good, we'll help you make it a great meal!

We'd love to have you visit! You'll find us at 1966 Healdville Road in Mount Holly, open Thursday through Sunday, 12:00–5:00. There's plenty of parking right out front, and we accept cash, check, and credit cards. We can't wait to see you!
