We are so thankful for the towns continued support as we continue to fine tune our operations and adding inventory! We have pantry basics (butter, sugar, eggs, milk) and various cheeses and crackers, wine and beer. In the mornings we have breakfast sandwiches and pastries and are continually adding more.

Maple Monday! Welcome to this weeks edition of Maple Monday! And we've got a new recipe to share with you to get your week started in the right direction! Summer produce is still going strong. Veggies are abundant making meal prep fun and delicious. Nothing like a plate or two of fresh veggies from the garden or your local farmer. This week the recipe is probably one of the easiest ones we've shared. Caprese Salad with Maple Balsamic Reduction. Sounds complicated, but trust me, it's easy enough you'll be having this more than once this week! Use fresh tomatoes, fresh basil, and fresh mozzarella along with our maple syrup, and you can't go wrong. This salad pairs nicely with a Maple Roasted Chicken.
