| | | | Maple Monday! Happy Monday everyone. We are looking at a stretch of warm weather this week and our maple season is underway! We had our first boil of the season last week and what a great start it was.
Our annual Maple Open House weekend will be held on Saturday and Sunday, March 22nd & 23rd from 11:00 - 4:00. We'll be opening up our sugar house for you to meet the maple crew, get a tour of our maple operation, sample the sweet stuff, watch us boil (weather permitting), take a snow shoe hike through our sugar bush (again, weather permitting). Mark your calendars! We'd love to have you stop by. Chocolate. Who doesn't like chocolate?! And with a touch or two of maple?! The ultimate sweet snack. Dark Chocolate Maple Truffles. So good you won't need a special occasion to make them!
Don't forget to stop by our website. You know you can shop, view recipes, check out our farm stand info, learn about our CSA program , and check the local weather. Shop today and we'll ship! Bring a taste of Vermont maple into your homes.
