Hello to all Transfer Station Users!
As some of you know, and some may not, the recycling shed for returnable cans and bottles at the transfer station directly supports Reinbow Riding Center's programs. In past years we have used these funds to do things like make an impromptu trip with a horse companion to a local school when the school couldn't find the transportation to come to us.
While this funding has been a boon, the logistics are a bit tricky right now, and we're looking for help keeping the cans moving from the recycling shed to either Brewfest in Ludlow or Olivia's in Rutland. Both stores allow us to drop off items, which they then sort and count for the program. (You can always choose to donate any returnable you may have for drop off.)
If you're someone who thinks they can assist, please reach out to me via phone or email and I can share more info. Thank you in advance for considering!
