Ice Block Mystery
On Thursday morning @ 9:45, there were approximately 12 bags of iblock ice along Hortonville Road. The location was at the blinking light, going up Hortonville Road on the right. A real "whodunit". Of course like any good mystery, the ice melted and so did the clues.
Any explanations? Just wondering….

Happenings Around the Farm

Happy Friday folks!  We hope you all enjoyed your holiday weekend.  We enjoyed seeing everyone at the farm stand this week!
The weather has been up and down a bit this week, but Kevin was still able to get some hay done during the 'good days'!  We are constantly watching the weather as so many farm chores depend on it!

Chicken processing continues here at the farm every Wednesday, with fresh chicken available all through the weekend.  Don't forget to get yours!

The cattle continue to move around our farm from pasture to pasture.  The grass is good and they are happy!

Our meat birds are housed in bottomless pens called chicken tractors, which we move every morning.  And our laying hens continue to provide us with the most amazing farm fresh eggs!

RECIPE:  We tried a new recipe last night and so glad we did.  We started with one of our sirloin tip roasts, added an herb rubbed, placed it in a 350 degree oven for about an hour, and oh my goodness!  It was so good!  We've got the roasts here at the farm stand should you care to try it yourself.  Find the recipe right here!
We'll be open all weekend and have a great selection of goodies for you to browse.  We are open every day 12:00 - 6:00.

Don't forget we ship our award winning, wood fired pure Vermont maple syrup, maple almonds and maple cream!  No need to go without .  Visit our online store found on our website.

What do techies from the local university do when they're not at work? They play music! And they do it so well!
An owner of a local venue that hosted this duo once said, "I'd like to give the Electrostatic Cats the "Best Duo Impersonating a Band" award". We think that's true also. A little band with a great BIG sound.
Electrostatic Cats (ESC) is a cover band that plays an eclectic mix of rock/alternative-rock from the 80's, 90's, 2000's and up.
