Today's Forecast: A slight chance of snow showers before 7am, then areas of blowing snow. Mostly sunny, with a high near 21. Wind chill values as low as -3. Northwest wind 14 to 23 mph, with gusts as high as 33 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible.

Looking for something to enjoy as a family after a day on the slopes over President's Day weekend? How about coming to the library for a showing of the movie "HUGO"?

Directed by Martin Scorsese, Hugo is the story of a 12 year old living in the walls of a train station in 1930s Paris, where he maintains the station's clocks. A skill he learned from his father, a watchmaker. Hugo discovers a mechanical man, made by his father and the adventure begins when he sets out to decipher the silent robot's cryptic message.

Dear Families and Community Members,

We are excited to announce that we will be fundraising with High Mowing Organic Seeds again this year to support our school, at a 50%+ profit Margin this is a HIGH performing fundraiser for us!!! Each student will receive a fundraising form that contains the varieties offered on one side, and an order form on the other side. Please make your selections on the order form and return to the school with payments no later than February 9th, 2024.

High Mowing Seeds are 100% organic and non-GMO, so while you are raising money for your school you are also supporting a healthy community, and healthy planet. If gardening isn't your thing, consider purchasing some as gifts for the gardeners in your life. The seeds will arrive in perfect time to start indoors, or to direct seed in the spring.

Ludlow, VT: The Okemo Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce recently celebrated the grand opening of Little Mexico in the Okemo Marketplace Plaza.
