Happy Friday !

Another weekend is approaching and we have SNOW in the forecast!  We are forecasted to get between 12 & 21".. keep an eye on our weather page and follow along!
We were blessed with a few warm days this week which allowed us to get in the sugar house for the first boil of our maple syrup season!  Just a teaser tho, as we are set up for about a week of colder weather.

We've had 11 calves born so far this year and are expecting 5 more. Babies and moms are all doing well.  Here's a picture of the one of the newest ones!

We have a few CSA memberships available for this year.  Complete details and application can be found right here.

Our farm stand has been busy this week!  Top seller from the meat department - bone in pork chops!  I like to bread mine and pop in the oven.  Serve with some mashed potatoes, and I'm in my glory!
Fresh pastries and bread will be joining the farm stand on Saturday.  We even have fresh english muffins, which are best eaten with our delicious maple cream.
Don't forget we are still in soup weather!  Try some of our beef shank soup bones, smoked ham hocks, or our chorizo for a delicious soup.  We also carry Yoder Farm's dried beans.  Plenty of veggies available too!

We look forward to seeing you this weekend.  Our farm stand is located at 1966 Healdville Road in Mount Holly.  We are open Tuesdays through Sundays from 12:00 - 5:00.  Closed on Mondays!
