I honestly can't believe it is already the 4th of July weekend!  A weekend of celebrations and good food.  My mom's birthday is on the 4th, so it's always been a day for family gatherings.  We hope you and yours have a safe and enjoyable holiday as well. Just in time for the holiday week - FRESH CHICKEN available tomorrow!  And here's a link to help you with cutting them up, if you so desire.  Use the unbagged chickens to cut up into pieces/parts and freeze for a later date. CHICKEN PROCESSING SPECIAL: Purchase unbagged fresh chickens from our chill tank to your bag and/or cooler and save money while you're at it! Unbagged chicken is $4.50/lb (you'll save .75/lb!). If you are interested in taking advantage of our unbagged special, you must reserve your chickens in advance. Drop us an email (please do NOT respond to this email) no later than Wednesday at 9:00am, and let us know how many you'd like to reserve. Your reserved unbagged chicken must be picked up at our farm stand Wednesday, June 30th 12:00 & 5:00. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BAG (or cooler, stockpot, etc.) FOR TRANSPORTING YOUR CHICKEN HOME.
