Appeared to be a beagle mix, Black and Tan with a red band electric collar. Last seen at 11:00am in the vicinity of 1044 Sugar Hill Road, East Wallingford. Wouldn't let us get close enough to read their collar. I saw him this morning at 7am when I was running and then again just now. He wouldn't come near our car.
