New Ludlow Cider Donut Owner Delights

Ludlow Rotary Explaining Business

Following the regular weekly business meeting of the Ludlow Rotary Club (LRC), David Bennet, New England Cider Donuts owner, delighted LRC Rotarians with an explanation of how decided to start his new food business in Ludlow.

Bennet, who features a long list of hospitality asset management and operations experience throughout the country, recently opened his new donut business in Ludlow. In doing so, he spent a great deal of time preparing both the menu side and the business side of the operation, a task he explained to Rotarians in some detail, and with considerable humor.

Pictured above is Bennet as he examines one of the items he used to explain how he developed his donut menu. Kevin Barnes, LRC Rotarian, to his left, appears to be amused by his explanation. (Even Marilyn Monroe, pictured on the wall at DJs Restaurant, seems to enjoy the explanation-as did all the LRC Rotarians and guests.)

The LRC normally meets every Tuesday for a luncheon meeting. Interested persons are invited to attend future meetings to see what Rotary is all about, its goals, and, equally important, the fun emanating from membership. Simply contact any Rotarian or call 802-558-0479.
